Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- Spain and Portugal: 24-48 work hours
- Rest of the countries: 2-4 work days
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost will be calculated according to your preferences in time delivery, the size of the order and the delivery country.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping in orders in Spain, and Portugal over 100€.
Return Policy
Returns will be made within 14 days from receipt of the package. The buyer must bear the costs of the return.
Unclaimed packages will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Returned item must be in the original package and unused.

Items must be packed very carefully to avoid them being damaged during transit. Especially tufting guns.
You must provide a tracking number, money refund will be done as soon as the package gets to our warehouse.
